Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If on receipt of your items you notice any faults/damage please notify Total Business Furniture ([email protected]) immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Please remember to take any photos of damage/faults. We do not accept returns for items for any other reason.

No refunds will be made for items used or damaged after delivery. Any orders cancelled after shipment and prior to delivery will be subject to transportation costs and a 25% re-stocking fee. No refunds will be made for a change of mind. Strictly no refunds on custom made items.

Any Brisbane installations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $500.00 late cancellation fee.
